Womensbodyboarding.com was launched overnight and features heaps of information for all girls wanting to get into bodyboarding. As the site states the WBA’s aims is to “RECRUIT, PROMOTE, and ENCOURAGE girl bodyboarders all over Australia and the world, and create fun COMPETITION and COACHING for girls to enjoy”.

The 15th of November saw the WBA hold its final event of 2008 at Sundowner Tiona, just south of Forster.

The final WBA event of the year will be held 15-16 November at Sundowner Tiona with over $1000 worth of prizes from Manta bodyboards, Turbo Surf Designs,Hooda and Sundowner up for grabs. The event besides being a comp will also feature a coaching clinic and the end of year WBA presentation.
