For a while now the only place you could get to experience the thrill of a Flowrider has meant making your way to QLD’s Dream World. Known globally for its Gold mining Kalgoorlie WA, located 600km inland, now has the eyes of the surfing world upon it with the opening of Australia’s second only Flowrider.

This council operated attraction is located within the Goldfields Oasis Aquatic Centre and is part 3 of the centre’s development. Prices are $4.50 for a 30-minute session on the FlowRider and $220 per hour to hire out for exclusive after-hours access.

Kalgoorlie-Boulder council are hoping to hold sponsored Flowrider competitions with further plans for night sessions.
